Asked by
me and my wife combine salary is above $9500 but less than 10k per month. Our combine CPF is around 230k.

We are not entitle to buy anymore HDB flat and we can only take bank loan.

we plan to buy a condo, maybe a 2br or best is 3br type in the west.

Price would be better if less than or equal to 600k depending on level/location/ etc etc.

Any new up coming condo?

we do have UOB letter stating that we can get a confirm loan from them for 616k, but that was 1 month ago which is now expire.

We did this to confirm how much we can get our loan based on our salary etc.

any advise.?
