Hi, like what most of your friends will advice you, as long as you are not comfortable with this agent, then just simply skip him or her. By the way, those agents that you met at the showflat are representing the developer and so most of the time they will naturally brief or inform you of how awesome this project is or will be when it is TOP. And which is why it is good to have an external agent that is purely representing you and only have your interest at heart, by which I meant that your servicing agent will not only tell you the good of this project but also the bad side of it too. Afternoon,

By going directly to showflat, the agent who is serving you will be the one getting the dough. Hence most of them will push potential buyer to close the deal ASAP. Alternatively, you can engage other agent who are not stationed in the projects. They can serve you with you in interest and match the best possible available unit. When the deal is strike, the agent will obtain comm from the developer.
