Just bought a new condo. Can i request the developer to demolish the utility room and make the hall bigger?

you can not ask developer to do it. you can do it yourself but your developer defect liability will voild if you do it.

Hi Anand, the developer will not do it for you. But you could discuss with your designer or contractor to get it done.
