Good morning buyer,

I assumed that you are wondering is it possible to obtain 100% bank loan. I am afraid to inform you that it's not possible. Max loan quantum is 80% and it's still subject to total debt servicing ratio.

Probably you can share with me how much finances (CPF OA funds and cash) you have on hand so I can estimate your purchase budget.
