Its about 7-8 min walk to the waterway point mall & mrt. It is slated to TOP soon, and 2nd timers can apply. No resale levy is applicable. And maintenance fees depends on the unit size you purchase, but it typically is around 300/mth, thereabouts. There will be no shuttle service.
