Yes EC is somewhat like "subsidized condo" for those who earn 14k & below. For ecopolitan, there are still 2x 3bedder units available but for treasure trove there are various units available.

Hi buyer,

For A Treasure Trove, you can only get a 2+1 unit with the budget.

However, you can get a larger (>1,000sqft) 3-bedroom (2 left) or 3-bedroom dual-key (9 left) unit at Ecopolitan, well within your budget. Ecopolitan will TOP as well, and it sold so well that the 11 units I just mentioned are the only ones left.

Yes EC is somewhat like a 'subsidized condo" which becomes semi-privatized after 5 years and fully privatized after 10 years.

If you're looking for an EC to immediately move in, you may want to consider a 3 bedroom Dual Key at Twin Waterfalls which has already achieved TOP. Alternatively, you can go for Ecopolitan or Treasure Trove as mentioned.

ECs are condos regulated by HDBs, usually 10 to 20% cheaper than surrounding private condos. As you are a second timer, you are not eligible for housing grant (subsidy).

Ecopolitan will most likely TOP between June to Sept. It still has 2 x 3 bedders below $900k and 9 x 3 bedders dual key if you are eligible as you need to form multi generation nucleus.

Good pricing and space.

As for Treasure Trove, you might have limited choices over there with your budget.

Probably you can share with me whether are you in the rush to move in? Are you willing to wait? Do you have to sell off current property to finance this purchase?

If you are able to provide me with more information, I will be in a better position to suggest a sound and safe plan for you.

If you are eligible to purchase an EC, then I would strongly suggest that you go for Ecopolitan instead. ECs are a type of hybrid housing that catered to the sandwich class. Prices are usually 10-15% lower as compared to private condos and therefore you can considered it to be "subsidized" in terms of price.

Historically, most EC owners made a tidy profit when they sell as the purchase price is lower. Ecopolitan will TOP in about 3-6 months time and there are 3BR Premium units available from 880k and 3BR Dual Key units available from 833k.
