I'm going to Singapore from Korea on 19th Feb.
I want to visit some condos located near the DT6 station(King Albert Park) roadside of Bukit timah road on 20th Feb.

The Nexus, Cascadia, Maplewoods,Floridian, Gardenvista, Blossomvale etc. are a group of my favorate.

The price range for rent is more or less S$3,000/month for 2beds and fully furnished.

I hope you check it.

    The most important condition I'm concerning is the location for public transport(Opp Bus stop of the Nexus).
    I have two little girls so I need to bring them to bus stop every morning.
    That is why I prefer Maplewood, Nexus. Cascadia and Floridian etc.

    As I mentioned, the price range is more or less S$3,000/month for 2 bedrooms and fully furnitures.
    The floor is not so important condition for me becasue of floor noise that my children make just in case.

    I found out that the estate price of Singapore has been lowing recently.
    So I need a list of information on the trend of properties above.

    If it is possible, I wish to visit some condes above on 20~21th Feb.

    I'd like to you confirm it.

Dear Mr Choi,

1) Nexus 2 bedrooms for rent listed at about $3500.
2) Maplewoods (slightly older) 2 bedrooms for rent listed at about $3000.
3) The cheapest 2 bedrooms at Floridian for rent is listed at $3400.
4) Gardenvista 2 bedrooms $3500 (last unit).
5) Blossomvale 2 beddrooms listed at $3400.
