Hi Chan,

Some owners have sold off their property in Grandeur Park, and most have exited with some capital gains, so it is likely the case for you. It also depends on the unit size, facing and floor level. I am currently marketing a 3 bedroom unit for sale at neighboring condo eCO and am in touch with buyers who are looking at the Tanah Merah area. 1) The prospect of Grandeur Park was quite a good one.
2) The gain when it reached TOP was 11.4%. Meaning that on average each unit sold made a profit gain of about 11.4% each.
3) There were 56 transactions so far, and all of them make a profit.
4) Highest profit was made by a large unit 5-bedroom penthouse (1,744 sqf) with $755k. The lowest profit was 3 bedrooms (893sqf) sold on Nov 20 with a $25k profit. This unit was only held for 3.5yrs from Jul 17.
5) I believed you can make a decent profit from the current trend.
