Yes indeed you are eligible for condominium and resale EC.
When thinking of purchasing, did you think of:
The objectives of sales? Do I want it simply for own stay or would I want to make a tidy profit in midst as well? What is the appreciating value? What is the estimated surrounding rental yield? What are the attributes that set my property apart?
