If I use cpf to pay for lawyer fee, stamp duty, do I need to return it when I sell the house?

Hi

Yes stamp duty and lawyer fee will be considered part of the principal if you paid by CPF and have to be refunded to your own CPF OA account when selling the house. Do contact me at 93375051 for a free and non obligatory discussion on this.
