Good morning Sir/ Mdm,

I am sorry to inform you that due to the cooling measure announced last week, you are no longer eligible to do so unless you observe 15 months waiting period from date of disposal before you can do so you are 55 years old and above buying a resale 4rm or smaller flat.

Care to share more about your intention or situation so I will be in a better position to suggest proposals.

Unfortunately you will still have to wait out 15 months after the transfer of the private property before you are eligible to purchase the next resale HDB. This regulation will not apply to you if you are 55 years and above, buying a 4-room resale HDB or smaller.

1) If this question was raised before 30th Sep 2022 then you are allowed to do so.
2) Now you have to wait for 15 months before being eligible to buy a resale HDB flat unless you are 55 yrs old and above and buying a 4-rm flat or smaller.
