Hi,

If its the 1st property purchase for both SPR individuals, the total ABSD will be 5% of purchase price. If its 1st property for 1 SPR, and 2nd property for the other, the higher of the two ABSD rate will be used (ie. 10%).

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
