I would like to know which projects are going to TOP from mid 2017 to early 2018. My considerations are:
1) value of property ard $850-900K
2) 2 bedrooms with 2 toilets
3) preferred smaller size projects (lesser total units per project)
4) Locations preferred to be near MRT (But no preference on which part of SG)

FYI, this will be my 2nd property, as I currently own a HDB fully paid. And I am aware of all the SD + ABSD etc.

Hi,

If this is for investment, may I understand by smaller size projects, is 300 over units considered too much for your requirements? There are some value-buys which I will be glad to share with you at the moment, may I know how should I get in touch? Thanks and hope to discuss further.
