Market sentiments are quite weak recently due to a few factors. Our govt has just introduced the latest round of cooling measures a few months ago. Interest rates are rising and banks are becoming more conservative and therefore bank valuation of properties are coming down. The global trade war between US and China are causing a lot of uncertainties in the stock market, dampening the sentiments further.

In my opinion, moving into the new year, sentiments may worsen further as we have yet to experience the full impact of the trade war yet.

If you are thinking of selling your property, my advice is to start as soon as possible before the prices start to moderate further.
