Setting up a trust can be quite complicated and there are some specific restrictions to consider when purchasing under trust. While exact data is scant, we can see an increase trend in setting up trust. However, trust is not as simple as it seem as it involve a few process and quite costly.

Like the article say, we have to look at the future impact on the child and the intangible factor that will affect all parties.
