I own a fully paid 3-room condo in Choa Chu Kang. I am looking to purchase a freehold cluster house nearer to town. My budget is <$2.5m.

Questions:
1. What are my options?

2. I would probably stay in the cluster house for the extra space & rent out the CCK condo. How much can i fetch for rental (CCK condo is opposite MRT station)

Hi,

1) Your options for a FH < 2.5mi are not many but some at east side or pasir panjang. If you can increase your budget a bit you can consider watten residences.

2)Rental at CCK can be around $3-3.5k depending on condition of house and whether it is furnished
