Good morning Ada,

you will have to bear 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR and the usual buyer's stamp duty so it will be around 8%.

You are buying for own stay or investment? Perhaps you can share more information and requirements so I can recommend some good projects to you.

Hi Ada,

As a PR, you are liable to pay Buyer Stamp Duty (BSD) of 1% for first $180k, 2% for next $180k, and 3% for the balance. You will also be liable to pay an extra 5% for the Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD).

In total, inclusive legal fees and misc cost, I would ask you to set aside approximately 108% of the property price if you decide to pay in full.
