Hi Steve, for investment, I would recommend town area or east coast area. These areas have better rental yields and more potential for capital appreciation.

For your budget, my advice is a 1 bedroom unit in city/city fringe or a 2 bedroom unit in east coast road.

Also for consideration is the choice between completed condos and new launches. The main pro for completed condo is that you can rent it out immediately for rental yield. For new launch, the main pro is that you are the first owner, and have much more room for capital gains in the future.

There are many condos that suit your requirement. Do take the time to search for the correct property in the correct location at the correct price.
