It depends on how much loan you can take and comfortable you are with regards to monthly repayments. A 1 bedder could be possible. Thanks and may I get my banker to assist with your housing loan to get an indicative amount? Thanks and hope to assist further.

You should be able to afford 1 bedder with the savings and current income.

However, whether you could proceed with this option depend on how comfortable you are with the monthly installment.

To get a 1 bed condo near town min will cost you min 650K.
After deducting away your down payment with savings,
you monthly installment could potentially hit $2000 per month. (if interest goes up to 3.5%)
