Hi, it is up to you whether to absorb the cost of the additional access card. It will be a nice gesture to the tenant and you can keep it for future tenants. But if the tenant loses it or requests for more, you may wish to charge the cost to them:)

Good morning landlord,

usually landlord will provide the access cards as per the number requested by tenant. You wont wish the tenants to have access to your project even they are no longer staying there?

If there's a replacement required, they will have to borne the cost.
