Do note that there are the cash/CPF and loan aspect of the purchase. To establish your 20% downpayment, we have to establish your loan quantum obtainable. Please contact me and I will link you up to my bankers to get an assessment done for free.

May I know how much cash do you have on hand for the purchase?

Do take note that you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR.

Total initial outlay will be:

1) 5% cash downpayment
2) 15% CPF downpayment
3) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
4) 5% ABSD
5) $3k legel fees
6) valuation fee, stamp duty for mortgage etc
