Good afternoon buyer,

Yes you have to pay 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as a single SPR but if you are purchasing with a Singaporean spouse, you don't have to as IRAS will treat it as your matrimonial house.

5% cash
15% CPF
80% Max Bank Loan
10% (3+7%) Stamp duties & legal fees

Buyer Stamp Duty is applicable to all purchases.
As for PR, you will need to pay an additional 5%.
Total stamp duty payable : 8%
