I am a Singapore PR, age 32. Monthly salary around $3300, have around 30k cash and ~90k CPF.

May i know i eligible to buy any studio/1room condo?
How much of the price? how much the monthly installment?

We do have a project that studios are offering at the price of $4xx K or even 1 bedroom at $5xx K
Based on your income of $3300, assuming you do not have any car loan, credit cards or other person loan, youre able to get a loan of approximately $390K plus minus. And therefore u can get a property worth of $480K plus minus with the 20% downpayment.
For property about $480K , u will be require of approximately $25k for your Additional stamp duty as a PR. For legal fees, regular stamp fees can be paid by your CPF together with 20% downpayment that make up to approximately $110K.

From what you have mentioned, you have $30k cash on hand and $90k CPF, you can get a property of approximately $430k plus minus.
