Hi,

May I know when did your purchase your resale HDB? If your unit is bought on or after 30 Aug 2010, you need to wait out 5 years MOP before you can purchase condo. Thanks and hope it clarifies. May I assist with your housing plans further?

Did you take up CPF housing grant? If yes, you have to fulfil your minimum occupation period before you are eligible to purchase a private property.

If you purchase a resale HDB without a CPF housing grant before 29 august 2010, you are eligible to purchase high park residences.

So are you eligible?
