Good morning buyer,
You are eligible to purchase a resale EC as a SPR. It's unlike purchasing HDB. SPR household needs to fulfill SPR status of 3 years respectively before eligible to purchase HDB.
Btw do take note that you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR.
