Dear sir/madam,
Upgrading from HDB to Condo is not a complicated process if you were to engage a professional asset planner to work things out for you. It is definitely not simple and straightforwards as it may involved moving houses more than once during the process.
The most important aspect is to ensure that it is a financially viable option for this upgrade such that the quality of your family lifestyle is not compromised. Not sure if you agree, I feel that it will make no sense for your family to upgrade but have to compromise on quality of your lifestyle for the sake of the upgrade.
I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 10years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.
I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.
