How to know which exec condo are available to foreigners for sale?

Hi, usually agent like us will have a way or a list of EC that we keep a record for units that have hit MOP (5 years) where PR are eligible to buy as well as units that are already 10 years old or more (Privatised) where foreigners are eligible to buy. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

For new ECs from developer, foreigners can't purchase. You may wish to consider resale ECs that are fully privatized after 10 years or other private condos. A 15% ABSD of purchase price applies for foreigners. Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.
