How to avoid ABSD for SC and SPR buy first private property together?

If you are an SC/SPR married couple, buying their 1st property as a matrimonial home, ABSD is not applicable.

The only way is for both of them to get married. Once married, they can purchase the property as their first matrimonial home. They will not incur any ABSD in this instance.
