Expected TOP date is 31 Dec 2016 but normally it will complete construction earlier so it might TOP in June to Sept 2016.

Hi,

Only 11 units left, 3BR premium x2 units, and 3BR dual key x9 units. Starts from 834k for dual key, 880k for 3br premium. Dual key, however, requires 2 generation family application. Yes no resale levy payable, and TOP is mid-2016. Project is almost fully sold. Otherwise, you may wish to consider other no resale levy EC projects in Northeast.
