Let me assist you with your enquiry.

Do take note that as a foreigner, you will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty unless you are exempt under a few nationalities.

What nationality are you?

If not, your cash outlay will be as such:

1) 20% downpayment
2) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
3) 15% ABSD
4) $2.5k legal fee
5) valuation fee, stamp duty for mortgage etc

May I know how much finances do you have on hand for the purchase so I will be in a better position to advise you on your budget.

Min cash you need is around $230K to buy a 600K 1 bedroom condo.
This is to cover 20% downpayment + (3+15)% stamp duty on assumption of getting 80% loan.

Currently in the market cheapest condo starts from 550K.
