Duration to sell a condo depends on a few factors:

1) Pricing
2) Demand of units in that area
3) Competitors in your project or in that area (Supply)
4) House condition/ Renovation etc
5) Any owners' request like extension or rent back after completion
6) Any ongoing tenancy

Usually cost that will be incurred by owner will be:

1) Legal cost
2) Commission to your representative
3) Any early loan redemption penalty
4) Any seller's stamp duty applicable

As long as we have a comprehensive marketing plan, we would be able to sell the unit within a 3 months period. As for the cost, there is no stamp duty involved if you own the property for more than 3 years. The other costs are the legal fees and the agent's professional fees.
