the duration to find a qualified condo will depends on a few factors.

1) pricing (most important)
2) house condition
3) facing etc

If there's huge supply of units up for sale but not much demand, it will also affect the duration of securing a buyer as well.

It takes at least 3 months to sell a condo , including the paperwork legal process for the lawyer to complete the sales .
