I will be happy to give you an overview of the process and assist you on the sale. Essentially, valuation takes into factors such as size, floor level and facing. Renovation plays a part but will not significantly affect the valuation as renovation is subjective.
If your unit is nicely renovated, it is possible to get a price much higher than valuation if we try to secure a buyer who love the renovation.
