For resale properties, it depends if buyer requires any home loan or CPF funds to finance the purchase. The process can take as fast as 6 weeks, otherwise on average the entire process will take anything between 10-14 weeks for completion. As a resale property is usually sold under private treaty, terms and conditions between the buyer and seller can alter the timeline.
