Dear sir/mdm,
Are there any financial considerations for this investment and do you plan to rent out this property or do you intend to move in?
From investment objective, are you purely going for maximum gain in returns or will the location compromise your decision in the event that you are looking to move in?
As a consultant for the past 13 years, I have met countless different buyers and investors who have different perspective and finer objectives therefore the advise and recommendations will be different. Essentially, agents marketing certain units or projects would have already prepared out decks of information to showcase the selling points or investment potential that is catered purely to convince the buyer to purchase, therefore it is critical to also be able to decipher and do your due diligence on the subject matter instead of taking in these information presented as nothing but the truth. Just remember that we are salespersons and our objective is to sell to make the commission therefore you need to look into someone whom you are comfortable with to go through this journey with you. At the end of the day, the commission we are talking about could be a 5-6 figure sum therefore their advise can be banked on how much they are able to take home at the end of the day.
