I have handled a case about 1.5 years back where the buyers of my HDB resale listing in Simei owned a private condo also in Simei. They transferred the ownership of their fully paid (without CPF usage) private condo to their daughter who is 21 years old within 6 months of purchasing the resale HDB flat.

Legally, it is currently not possible if you have used your CPF to purchase your condo. You have to sell it and then buy a resale HDB.

The regulation is such that private property owners need to dispose their private property within 6 months of purchase and completion of resale HDB.
