If its a 4-room unit, it should be approx 1109 / 1216 sqft. If its a 5-room unit, it should be approx 1421 sqft. Hope the above clarifies. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
