Hi,presently I'm owning a 4 room HDB flat in Jurong West Street 65, Blk 621, mid floor, which has been been fully paid. I brought it at 119k in 1999.
Questions:-
1) What is the estimated valuation now?
2) How much hard cash will I take back?
3) How much can i invest in condo? All the proceed from the sale of my flat?
4) Taking into account the est selling price of my flat plus approx 70K (combined), what's the price range of condo i can afford assuming 15~20 years loan @ max 1k repayment per month? Thanks!
