Hi, as mentioned by fellow agents, there are quite a number of EC to choose from. But I would suggest that you focus more on the selling of your existing unit plus the calculation of the loan portion so as to be better prepared if you are really planning to upgrade to an EC. Due to the weak market sentiment, sellers are taking a longer time than usual to sell an existing HDB resale unit and thus it would be good to sell it off first before taking the next step.
