Hi, what is the eligibility for buying EC like Sol Arces?

Hi,
You have to form a family nucleus with at least 1 citizen, and incomes cannot exceed 12k/month, and have not disposed a private property within the last 30 months at point of application. Thanks and may I assist with your EC plans further?

You must be a SC of 21 years and above with a family nucleus to apply for a new EC. I recently submitted the e-app for my client for his intended 3BR purchase at Sol Acres and am extremely familiar with this project to guide and assist you similarly.
Perhaps you can share more on your requirements for a start. The e-app period is going to end soon, so you may wish to make an appointment to visit the suites for me to give you a better perspective and explanation of the project and it's unit layouts at no obligations.
