Hi,

SSD is calculated as follow:
Buy: Date of exercising Option to Purchase (OTP) or Date of S&P signed.
If you bought direct from developer, it shall be date on S&P signed, because developer only provide Offer to Purchase, and not Option to Purchase.

Sell date: Date of exercising OTP or date of S&P signed. Since yours will be resale, it will be date of OTP exercise.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more queries, do not hesitate and feel free to contact me at 90110636 , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards

Good day sir / madam .

If you are talking about developer new launch property , the date is based on sales and purchased documents signed probably at the lawyers office , NOT based on physically taken ownership .

Kindly contact me joanne chia hp 8333 3327  for a no-obligations chat for your property needs.

My charges are 1% commission for exclusive ( sole agent ) selling rights to your property , or 2% for open listings ( many agents ) .

Hi,

A correction, SSD period is now 3 years, no longer 4 years.

And this is calculated on the date of exercise of OTP (for resale), or date of acceptance of S&P agreement (for new launches).

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305 . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
