Hi, planning to buy a 3 bed rooms condo or Ec in Singapore under name of my wife (Singaporean) and daughter ( Singaporean , 20 years old) my wife has a shared property with me in Malaysia, Do they qualify to buy EC ? My budget is not more than 750k for freehold or 99 years lease. Not in woodland area. Please help. Thanks
