Hi, my wife owes a HDB with her brother with mortgage paid up. We wish to buy a condo and wonder whether there was any way to avoid ABSD. Her sibling cannot take over the HDB flat financially. Is there a way that the condo will be under my name only but she comes in as a co-borrower? Otherwise, we would not be able to get a high loan. Thanks

Dear sir,

I may have a solution for you. Do get in touch with me via mobile phone. Due to the festive season the whole process maybe slower as I will also need to hook you up with an experienced banker to work with you for the purchase.
