Hi Mr Loo, yes for your case, you are eligible to purchase a resale EC with your spouse, and also to retain your overseas property. Do note that for PR, the stamp duty payable will be at 8%.

Yes you are eligible to purchase resale EC with spouse without the need to dispose off your overseas property.

SPR needs to pay around 8% stamp duties. estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty and 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR.

May I know which location do you prefer?

If you are looking at the youngest resale EC, it have to be La Casa in woodlands. around 6 to 7 years old.
