Everyone has their own way of conducting this business. An experienced salesperson in terms of number of years may not be the best person similarly it does not mean that a salesperson who just graduated will be unable to assist their clients in maximise the value of their real estate transactions. I believe in this business, we need to value add to our clients therefore by providing advises here to our clients, it is a way of added value provided to our prospective clients before they decide if they want to engage our services or not.
