Hi, looking for a condo unit at The Windsor or Thomson Grove (or anywhere within walking distance from these two condos) Budget around $1.25m. Unit should be bigger than 1500sqft. Min 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (bath optional). I dont mind an old condo. Buying to stay, but also wont mind if theres potential to en bloc. Pls email to rimy74@yahoo.com if you have units available. Also interested to know if my budget is realistic in the current market or few months down the road.Can I get a older Freehold landed property with the budget? Thanks.
