Hi,

I've sold off my apartment in the east and looking for a decent project in the west (Jurong area) for investment purposes. Must be close to MRT and other amenities and such.

a) How are the rentals at Parc Vista and Parc Oasis?
b) Do the projects need refurbishment? Want to avoid if possible.
c) Any enbloc potential?
d) Are the blocks spaciously spaced?
e) Are the projects popular with foreigners?
