Hi,

It is still considered new EC, and new EC eligibility rules will apply. Only those resale EC of 5 years at least is considered semi-privatized and can be purchased by SC or SPR as 2nd property.

Hope the above clarifies. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
