If you are Singaporean, and have met your MOP of 5 years, you are eligible to purchase 2nd residential property, and can keep both HDB and condo. Thanks and may I assist with your investment plans further and value-add to your housing plans?

Yes it's possible to purchase a condo and keep your HDB if you have met the following criteria:
1) Singaporean
2) Met the Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of 5 years for your current HDB
