Hi I'm a foreigner with Singaporean spouse and we wish to get a condo in Singapore. However I would like to avoid paying 15% stamp duty. Can I put my wife name as owner instead while helping her pay the bank loan?

Good day to you,

For married couples, you may apply for Additional Buyer Stamp Duty Remission if you are purchasing your first private residential property.

There are various developments in the market right now.

If you like, We will be able to send you details of the projects based on your requirements and budget.

From there, you be able to compare between projects and decide which you like most.

We await your advice.

Cheers,
